Seems my isp ddos'd their own servers

Occasionally my ISP will redirect to one of their pages like this
http://there.was.an.ip.here/bg/MI6509IOS5-4/index.html?policy=1125

...and it usually notify's customers of maintenance, policy changes, or that they are doing stuff that is illegal.

Seems this time though my ISP has DDoS'd there own servers...

I can't access it to read what it says... it times out and ping is no good either.

Google doesn't help me either... oh well.

Not at all actually, they redirect to you there little notice thing, then you just click continue and it takes you to where you originally going to visit.
