Seeking under $50 shipped case w/ top fan mount and side fan mount

Has anyone found any bargain-priced quality cases with both mounts for a side fan and a top fan (blowhole)? I don't care if the fans themselves are included or not; I just want to be able to mount fans in those locations. It would also be good if it had a grill for a front fan. Also, I don't need a power supply. I'd prefer to keep the total cost (with shipping) under $50 or $60.

I like the Chieftec Dragon/Matrix mid-towers (4 5-1/4 bay and 6 3-1/2 bays) which can be had for as little as $42 shipped (see Tiger Direct), but they don't come with top blowholes. If purchase a case via mail order, right now that one's in the lead since it appears to come with a side fan mount, I think.

 
Avoid blowhole. Most case cooling analyses show that they really don't add that much, while they do provide opportunity for disaster - let me know when your machine eats a coke or a beer...
