Hi all. I am trying to decide between Muscle Gauge Pure Whey Protein Isolate and Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard for my protein. I'm not sure which one to choose and would like someone who is knowledgeable or has tried both supplements to help me decide. Also, I have heard good things about cellmass but am a bit confused as to it's use. Should it be taken along with regular creatine or in place of creatine? Thank you in advance for the help.

I've had both tubs of MGN and ON Whey, great tasting and easy to mix. Both pretty much have the same ingredients while MGN is more affordable depending on where you purchase.

I agree with this. However, I've noticed MGN clumps up a little bit in oatmeal more than ON. Not too big an issue. If you're lactose intolerant it might be a better choice to go with the MGN.
