Seeking PSU expert advice

If the PC power led is still on (dim) for about 3-5 minutes after the PC shutdown, does that indicate anything? Would a PSU be bad? Do I have a grounding problem?

I can't say I've seen that myself but I know that sometimes the motherboard light stays on for a while before shutting down. Are you experiencing any other issues that makes you think it may be an issue?

There wasn't any apparent issue that I could tell but it has never happened before. It just happens recently.
So in the back of my mind, I think there may be something waiting to fail.
