Seeking lightscribe advice

Trying to help a friend. She bought an HP lightscribe capable DVD burner which came with Nero Essentials. She already has the full Nero suite, albeit an older version and when she went to install Nero Essentials which I gather contains the lightscribe software within, it said she must first uninstall the other version of Nero which she did not want to do. I suggested she go to the lightscribe website and download the driver there in which she did but when she goes to print it says no supported printer. How can she get this to work?
 
What version on nero do you have? Because it should work if you have Nero CoverDesigner and the Lightscribe System Installer.
 
LightScribe site has 2 programs to use for making labels - LightScribe Simple Labeler & LightScribe Template Labeler
