As the title says, i cannot find and recent reliable information on this product besides that it is supposed to be shipping now.. I am about to invest and if the 320GB model is around the corner i'd rather wait.
Alternatively I could raid0 two 160GB models, but there's something about TRIM not working in this setup right? Does the random read/writes suffer in raid0? latency?
 
They have the 320GB out yet? That's good news, I was interested in this model as well.
I wonder, with 20 flash chips onboard, if the sequential write speeds will be increased.
 
Its not out yet. Anything beyond that is speculation.

Theres supposed to be a speed/encryption refresh coming (including a 320GB model) early next year. I tried to find the relevant slide from intel but my roadmap google foo seems to be on the fritz. :/
 
oki, thanks... is there any clue outthere as the the size of the 'speed refresh' ? and 'encryption'? .. ?
