I have a couple of questions, one specific and one general, about Fujitsu laptops. Information is rather hard to find on Fujitsu laptops, probably because they seem to hold such a small share of the US market. Anyway, on to the questions:
Question 1
Someone recently told me three things:
1. Fujitsu laptops are manufactured exclusively in Japan.
2. Quality-control standards are higher in Japan than in other laptop-manufacturing countries (China, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc.).
3. Because of (2), Fujitsu laptops have <3% failure rate, much lower than other brands of laptops.
How true are these statements?
Question 2
How do Fujitsu laptops compare with other brands in reliability/stability, quality, physical integrity, performance, and other important aspects?
Also, any relevant information, advice, stories, etc. about Fujitsu laptops would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
