Seeking good MySQL tool

Hi guys,

I'm seeking a good application for MySQL that has a similar relationship between MS acess and SQL database.

In other words,

MS Acess VS. SQL database = X VS. MySQL

Can you please help me find that X?
I'm seeking an application that can help me create switchboard and create the interface where I can enter data in that fashion. (So I'm not seeking application such as phpmyadmin.)

I'm aware that there are data conversion tools out there, but just wondering if I can do it directly without conversion.

There is nothing, as far as I know. Open office is working on that type of stuff though, and has *some* of it, but for example you can't bulid forms last time I checked.
 
So unfortunate to hear that. I was hoping to find similar tool like Access where you can also create pages for users to fill in. Only that I needed PHP/MySQL ones.. Please please let me know if you know any tools that does this. Very much appreciated.
