Seeking Good CPU Air Cooler for Q6600 + EVGA 680i NF68!

I am looking for a good cpu cooler for q6600 on EVGA 680i NF68. Just went to thermalright's website and they stated that the 120 Ultra Extreme can cause a short circut if installed onto the EVGA board. I am wondering if EVGA/Thermaright have solved this problem yet....and if there's anything else you guys can recommend?

I want a cooler that will work out of the box....I've bought coolers before and then end up sending them back because of missing the right bracket or other reasons.

Also give me a case recommendation if possible
