am thinking about upgrading from 3.2c to an a64...

was thinking a .3200+

mainboard.. VIA K8T800 or nForce3 250? kind of looking at perhaps the abit max3 (via) or the msi neo platinum (nforce3)

would appreciate recommendations on best "value" cpu/mb combo for overclocking. perhaps some of you with first hand exp can share your overclocking results as well.

i dont think upgrading from a 3.2c is worth it... you wouldnt notice that much difference, id overclock it to say 3.5 and there you have something that can outpace certain a64's.

it's not like i'm throwing the 3.2c away, it's going to my other rig replacing a 2.0b, which will be passed down to the kids' pc... everything gets reused in my family 🙂

i just want something differernt to play with in my main rig.
