Seeking Cheap Case with Good Cooling Options

A friend just came to my door and asked if I wanted to sell him my Chieftec Matrix that I picked up for $33 shipped from TigerDirect last year around this time. I'm planning to use it for my own build as soon as by Thanksgiving and I have been dreaming of using it, so it's a no go.

Anyway, we're looking for the cheapest, halfway decent case that has excellent cooling. Any thoughts? His current case is overheating and he's having to run it with the side panel off and a fan blowing on it. Unfotunately it looks like that deal on the Antec 3000 for $40 shipped from Amazon has died. Guess Amazon caught on to it.

Would any of these work? The case must have excellent cooling.

Please add the make and model of the case before the link unless that info is in the link in plain text. Many of us here have quite a file of cases in our heads and don't need to waste our time chasing links unnecessarily. One thing I can say: the Geeks almost never stocks a decent case or PSU and when they do, their cost is usually higher than elxewhere plus their shipping cost is usually outrageous.
. And you can still get the Antec 3000-B from Provantage for around $50. shipped. They ship from several warehouses around the country, so ground shipping is the way to go.

p.s. Don't you think it's about time you made your Profile visible? .bh.

the only case i would even think about getting would be the aspire case, the rest just look like crap.

look into the antec 3000 like zep said or that pc7 on ebay that pkme suggested. both are really good cases.

or even this CM Centurion 5

You mean, set up a signature with a listing of my pathetic computer's parts?

No. Do you see the little magnifying glass object at the top of my posts? Click on it. That's the profile. You can also click on a member's avatar to access the profile, but only if the magn. icon is visible.
. Theorectically, if you want to sell or buy things if the FS/T section your profile must be visible and it's useful in other cases too. For example, I could have checked to see if Provantage has a warehouse near you.
. The system thing is entirely separate.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up. I mostly prefer as much anonymity as possible on the 'Net so it kind of goes against my modus operandi.
