An Israeli company named Camero has unveiled a system that allows police or soldiers to "see through walls". The system, labeled the Xavier 400 has already exported to military and law enforcement officials overseas.

Jesus. They need to fire that narrator. No pauses even in a particularly long run-on intro sentence. Lots of other butchered parts too.

This is why Israel gets billions from the US and not the Palestinians. Israelis build better stuff. That and they aren't terrorists. Everyone knows this.

palestinians get billions from the EU so its all fair in the end. :D

the technology itself is based on ground-penetrating radars:

the israeli company simply improved the GPR system to wear it could penetrate surfaces at extremely high frequencies to the point where an actual image could be extracted.

If everyone knows this, why do you have to explain why?:hmm:

Just because everyone knows these things, does not mean that they believe them. You see, fleabag, a fool is a person who knows something to be true, but refuses to believe. There are many such fools on this board. One of my missions here is to educate these fools. In every post, I try my best to show them just how foolish they are by reminding them of certain truths, like the one I just posted about, and letting them know that everyone does indeed know these things. My hope is that these people will be able to crawl out of the pit of foolishness they have become trapped in. Everyone knows this.

Have you managed to save one?

Heh I remember a guy's senior EE project about 8-9 years ago where he set up a horn antenna (or was it 2) behind a ~8" cinder block wall. A person would stand behind the wall and move their hands and it could be seen on a MATLAB display. He had all sorts of National Instruments and RF generation/receiving equipment hooked up. I don't remember the frequencies he used though.

Smart guy, our antennas class took a trip to the research campus where he was working on some small doppler radar system a year later. wish i would remember more, was cool stuff.
