Seeing ISA in Windows 2000

Quick question,

I was looking at my Device Manager today and saw that alongside my IRQ listings everything says ISA ... is that right? Shouldn't it be PCI?
 
Well, all of the IRQ's, including the Primary and Secondary Channel, are registering (on that screen) as ISA devices. The only thing that isn't is the SB Live! and the USB controller ....
