Seeing host info in IE when no Address Bar?

I get some pop ups that have no address bar or button bar or anything so I can't see what server it's coming from to add it to my blocking list. Is there a way to either toggle the address bar when you have nothing to click on or a way to display the info about a page? I thought there was a key combo like Ctrl-Shift-something but that was a long time ago.

While the popup is the active window, hit Ctrl-N. It will open a new browser window with the same URL, but the address bar will be displayed.
