I was wondering if there is a way to make the icon background transparent. I mean, where is says the name of the icon, instead of having the solid color background behind the text, I want to see my wallpaper.
thanks,
-doug

I heard there was a way to do it with TweakUI or something like that, is this possible?
thanks,
-doug

Go Here and scroll down the page until you see a file called Icon Transparent. Just D/L it and run it and it does exactly what you are looking for.

The only problem I have found with it is it goes back to the solid color default after I have finished playing certain games and exit back to the Windows Desktop.

There are many programs that do this same thing, but I have found this one is the smallest and leaves the smallest memory footprint.

Dan: Be sure to check out the links on the page at the top right. The site has a lot of benchmarking utils and programs.

Glad you enjoy it. . .
