the one on the right, in the middle has a patch of white fur that looks like a cartoon character, kinda like Mr. Game and Watch.

noticed it, thought it was weird.

This also reminds me of that one movie, where the guy gets his life saved with animal parts... and that one scene with the goat...

ramble ramble

It better swallow at that price.

It's a rare breed of goat.. <5000 in the world.
We're registered breeders, so it's worth it to drive that far. Plus, as a business expense, the trip is tax deductible.

If by "fun" you mean sex... then yes, that's exactly what they're bred for...

We raise them as pets. They're excellent in that regard. If you want, I could add you to the waiting list :) Let's see... if I'm not mistaken, our projections would make that about Spring 2008.

Do they faint?

They don't faint they stiffen!

Yes, they stiffen up when startled. It's harmless to the goats, although I don't think that stiffening up while running and doing a face plant in the dirt is comfortable (which happens occasionally.) We rarely frighten the goats to cause such a reaction. Some of them seem to stiffen up more readily than others, but they all do at some point or another.

One of these days, I'm going to make a video of them all falling down at the same time. I discovered something that's effective to do that; I haven't used it since then because I don't want them too acclimated to it. I'll record it one of these days.
