I've never heard of anyone in California actually going to jail for possessing weed. People seem to either just have it confiscated, or basically get a ticket for it.

it does make you "slower", but if you study all the time and smoke weed once in a while you will still be smarter than the kid who just parties all the time

oh shut up, i've known kids who've smoked weed who didn't graduate high school. What's your point? Of course people can smoke and still do well. Weed does have an effect on you if abused, I don't think anyone can really deny that. How much of an effect? Well that's case by case.
