I don't work out, and I'm between untrained/novice for the bench press & past intermediate for the squat. I've never done the other exercises though.

Intermediate across the board. I'm an endurance athlete (distance running & biking). We're not exactly reknown for brute lifting strength.

I'm 160 lbs. and try to lift every once in a while, but am always reminded that I don't enjoy it at all.
Bench: Max = 130 lbs. so untrained/novice.
Squat: Max = 230 lbs. so novice/intermediate.

Holy ******, I'm far below 'Untrained' for the shoulder press, I have no idea for the bench press however... Where do they gets these scores anyways? Are these for a whole set or is it like 1 rep? I can only do about 2 sets (2X12 or 1X24) with a pair of 25LB dumbells for shoulder press. :(

Man I'm weaksauce... And for dumbbell press I can only do 2 sets of 12 with a pair of 30LB dumbells which is far below the minimum benchpress of 128LBs I should be able to do... And while I realize dumbell press and barbell press are different, they should be fairly similar considering you're using your triceps for both...

bench: advanced
shoulder press: elite
squat: advanced-elite
deadlift: advanced-elite
clean: advanced

not too shabby for a college guy that drinks 4 nights a week and only goes to the gym twice a week.

I'd like to see someone strict press bodyweight. That is a huge thing to do and rarely seen in a gym.

The Gold Standards are:

Military Press 1x bw
Bench Press 1.5x bw
Squat 2x bw
Deadlift 2.5x bw

If you can do those 4 in a session most people would say your pretty much a monster.

Koing

I've never done tried press in the same session, but I've exceeded those in one session in bench/squat/deadlift, and I don't consider myself to be a monster.

Advanced or slightly below for all of mine. Then again, I am just starting my lifting routine again so I should be able to crack advanced fairly quickly.

well thanks to a shoulder injury, i would probably be in the untrained womens class for my weight. The last time I tried to left over 100lbs in a bench press I damn near passed out from the pain. It's weird because I can do curls all day long. I just can't bench or do pushups without my right shoulder screaming in pain.

Meh I'll post an oldie ...

That was almost 2 years ago. I was like 180lbs when I was there. I'm like 195lbs now. I'm a decent size bigger than I was then, but I'm not as cut as I was in that pic cause I haven't done cardio in a while. I've gotten a lot stronger since then as well.

Also that was in June, and I broke my ankle at the end of January that year, so I was out of commission between February and April pretty much, I couldn't lift at all.

I'm about to start running again when I move to my new apartment cause we have treadmills in our basement :)

NICE! Now THAT'S a monster bench! No way could I ever do 5 wheels. I'm happy with my little four. Now if I can just get a video camera in the gym without a bunch of people staring while someone is video taping me...hmmm...

Shoulder press = push press (or military press)?? If so then I am elite in that.

Everything else I am advanced, intermediate.

I believed you, purbeast, Koing, and a few others based on the responses given to YAWT threads...the other cats...not so sure.

But, I must say I'll put myself in that boat until I can find some old pictures...because now I look completely average and would ASSUME I'm somewhere in intermediate, but I haven't tried maxing out (nor will I for quite some time) so take that with a grain of salt.
