Does anything security scanning/intrusion detection software exist that allows security auditing of a workstation in a "click this button and get a report" type of way?

I know backtrack linux has alot of these type of tools but I'm looking for an automated Scan and tell me where my vulnerabilities are type software for windows.

Thanks for any help or pointers in the right direction.
