I'm picking these entries up in my logs:

Connection Rejected: 63.236.3.71 - Blizzard Entertainment 1 (01-11-2004 @ 21:36:52)
Connection Rejected: 143.166.83.168 - Dell Computer Corporation DELL split 1.2 (01-11-2004 @ 21:46:14)

First off:

I don't own a Dell. I don't own any hardware that was ever in a Dell. I have never bought anything from dell. I dont think I have ever even been to their webpage on this PC. I have no DELL cookies. I don't own any software that was ever on a Dell or licensed to one.

Blizzard: I have warcraft 3, but I wasnt running it during these times, and I did NOT allow the option to report anonymous usage statistics, so maybe they try to get them anyway?

Are these perhaps being misreported as DELL and Blizzard?

what package are you using that's showing you who's connecting to you.

It's picking it up in Zonealarm and PeerGuardian. (I am generally not a P2P'er but I run peer guardian anyway, because it makes me feel better and uses almost no resources. )
