EDIT: Well I guess no one else is experiencing this as no replies and none has any poss ideas to troubleshoot.
As it stands, no matter what settings, all attempts to view Anandtech are totally slow and burp their way to finally displaying. It is still only Anandtech and only started within the last week.

Anyone experiencing problems with Anandtech site with Firefox? Specifically with new (to me at least) http

This has just started last few days. Never had problems before now.
Details. All attempts to reach Anandtech site, both IE7 and Firefox2.0.0.8 have now become 1-2min efforts or no access at all.
And my Kerio Personal Firewall is now showing Firefox maintaining a permanent Port:1093 listening to dynamic1.anandtech.com. I can't get it to close even after closing Firefox and even after re-installing Firefox clean.
I also have a 3com hardware firewall router in between my Cable modem and my PC. Virus scans, adware scans, spysweeps, all negative.
Also I can sometimes get the site to refresh/open if I turn off Java and JavaScript in the Firefox and hit refresh page but then going anywhere in the site is still hung waiting for dynamic1 or if the forums, dynamic2.anandtech.
I do not have any problems reaching other sites either IE7 or Firefox. The firewall does not show any other problems with other sites/links.
I saw the thread on Kaspersky, but I don't have any of that installed.
