Let's say you have roaming profiles in a Windows enviornment, and multiple people log on to a computer for whatever reason. If someone has administrative rights on that computer, they can read some of your personal information such as favourites and cookies. That is if you have logged into that computer.
I have admin rights on my computer at work, and my computer used to belong to someone else. I know what their favourites are and what websites they visited.
