I ran the netstat -a command from a command prompt in w2k right after boot up with nothing running. THere is nothing in my run folder in the registry so there is nothing running. anywho i have all these ports listening. How do i close them or stop them from listening? I have everything in network configuration removed except TCP/IP. no internet connection sharing, no client for windows, no anything but TCP/IP.

here's what i got after running the command

These are services of win2k , they don't start-up in registry (i mean in Run and RunService one) , you have option somewhere in win2k to turn off those servers.
