Security Certificate question

Server 2003, running exchange and other office software. Had email issues and it's fixed now I think but now the security certificate says it is expired/invalid.

It appears that there is just a server ssl certificate setup on the server and it is registered to an internal 192.168.x.x IP address thus making it invalid. This server has an external static IP address. I placed this question here because it sort of has to do with networking.

I wonder if I need to make a new ssl certificate to replace the old one or what?
