Security cam DVR PCI card

I have two-four video port PCI cards for security my cameras. The application that I use is awful, it crashes alot, the window will not maximixe after you minimixe, there are many other glitches. It was written in asia and translated poorly.

The question is: does anyone know of a more useful and functional application that I can use to drive these cards?

I would like security camera functionality.
