Security breach?

So, for the past couple of days, I 've been getting messages in Kerio asking me to allow, or block outgoing traffic from FTP 10.10.10.10 port 21. The application that is being used is FTP.exe.

FTP.exe currently resides in my system32 windows directory.

Does anybody know why my PC is trying to send out information using this application? Like I said, this only started happening these past couple of days.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
