I've started looking into getting my Security+ certification. I have done other certs and was able to find good books that helped me pass them all. Reading various book reviews at Amazon and B&N, I'm having a harder time deciding this go around, since most of what I've looked at has generally had less than stellar reviews. Most reviews say that whatever they read was incomplete in covering all of the items found on the test.

I don't expect perfect coverage by any book, but the more the better. When I studied for the Server+ test I was able to find a book, using those reviews, that covered 90% of the test matter pretty well.

I was hoping that there might be some AT people that have passed the test and have an opinion on the study material they used. This book seems to be what I would order at this time.

Good choice?

First off you should never depend on only one source to study from. I found that the Test-Out disks were great, I passed the Security+ test pretty easily with about 2 weeks of studying (about and hour each day) from the Test Out disk and various Brain Dumps online.
