Securing Netgear ME102 Wireless Access Point

I just added a Netgear ME102 Wireless AP to my home network, I'm wondering what I can do to make this as secure as possible?? I've enabled WEB at 128 bit, and I've also configured
it to only allow access from specific MAC addresses.

What else can realistically be done to secure this up??
