Secured Visa or Mastercard

How fast can a bank get me a secured Visa and or Mastercard? I plan to put a $500.00 deposit. How quick is the turnaround time for getting a card? Anyone know?

Call your bank and ask them?

I'd go for VISA.

I'd also go for VISA and I got mine delivered (secured of course) in 2 days.
