Secure upload to Windows machine

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a secure alternative to ftp, for purposes of uploading my web page. Because, we all know, ftp is very insecure.

SFTP and SCP. Obviously your web host must support sftp/scp for it to work. You can use WinSCP as software.
