are there any free proxify type programs where you can surf the net in privacy or do i have to pay $20 to log into forums?
 
you will first need to post the internet/computer policy they gave you/made you sign you had read for you job

once we read and evaluate your particular rules for your employment, then we might be able to advise you on your options
