Secure digital card not working

I have a 1GB Kingmax Secure Digital Platnum card, which stopped working suddenly. On my camera it shows "Card error, reformat?" which I chose yes to. After reformating, it seems to do nothing and it asks the question again. I put the card into my reader and tried to reformat it with XP, but it says that there is an error in reformating (not the exact message, but somthing like that) and I can still not read or write to the card. Does anyone have any ideas, or should I just rma it?

Note: It's been working for around 4 months.
 
I suppose I would RMA it sounds like it got damaged.

PS buy Sandisk, they make all the memory out there and lease the rights to any other company.
