Sector size?

I have a Soyo mobo with a highpoint ide controller that allows striping. I currently have the drives striped, and things are running better than ever, but i have a question about the setup. When setting up the striping in the bios, it asked for sector size and gave the following options: 8k, 16k, 32k or 64k. It defaulted to 64k, but someone else told me setting it lower may save some space. Does anyone know what I should set the sector size as out of those options, I'm just trying to tweak things at this point.

It actually depends on the size of your drives. If the are huge (like 10gigs and up) then a smaller size can save you hundreds, maybe even more, megs of drive space. I have my raid setup to 16k and have 10 18gig drives. I gained 2.1 gigs in space.

Both drives are 13.6 gig's, so would you say going with a 16k size? Is there any disadvantage to this?
