Section for advertising in AT?

I was wondering if there's a section of AT where you can advertise (recruit) people to a site of your own. If not, are you allowed to put the link of the site into your profile and label it "Join for _________?" Thanks.
 
Feel free to put addresses in your signature that link to your personal sites. What isn't allowed are spamming for sites that you stand to benefit monetarily from by having people visit the site.
 

I knew that its not allowed on OT ever since my accnt was locked due to that
