Is there any way to keep someone from shutting down my computer without my permission?

I'm running Prime95 and I need to leave it running all the time and someone keeps turning it off every night.

Can I put a password on the shutdown menu?

I'm using Win98...

just tell them to stop touching your computer.

Just use a screen saver password. Or use winboost 2000 and disable shut down in the start menu.
