When cooking leftover rice that has been in the refridgerator, add a bit off water before cooking it. It will be as soft as the day you cooked it.

lol... i just suck at life. I had no idea about this before today.

Hey man, cooking is easy, just chemistry and physics.

1. Self-defrosting fridges act as de-humidifyers.
2. Heat causes water to evaporate.

Thus, leftovers will need moisture.

Simple.

But only for a second and a half... if you get a good moth on the bug zapper, that sucker can go for minutes.

You can make baked potatos in 15 minutes with the microwave.

Turn on your oven to ~400 degrees. Take your potato, clean it, poke it full of holes with a fork, and wrap it loosely with plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 4 minutes on high.

Take it out, brush it with canola oil and kosher salt, then toss it right in the oven. Bake until the outer skin is crispy.

Great baked potato and it's way faster than doing it entirely in the oven.

Take an empty bag of chips (vending machine size)
Put in the microwave for a few seconds
Watch the light show (bad for microwaves)
