Secret Cow Level and Diablo 2 Expansion.

In the expansion, can you still go into the cow level after you kill Diablo, or do you have to kill Bhaal first before you can go in?

I would have to say that it is after you kill Bhaal, since it won't give you the option of normal/hell/nightmare untill you complete the game, and it isn't complete till you finish act V.

I'd wait till you have good magic find gear too, a lot of cows = a lot of treasure, and there's one new set of items that only drops on that level.
