Secondary Master Drive - ATAPI incompatible

When I built my system, the "Configure SATA as" setting in the BIOS was set to IDE. Recently, I changed it to AHCI, after doing the registry edit described in Microsoft KB922976. Now, when I boot, I get a message saying:

Secondary Master Drive - ATAPI incompatible
Press F1 to resume

When I press F1, the system boots, and everything seems to work normally. A google search revealed that this might have something to do with my CD/DVD drive. The CD/DVD drive seems to be ok (i.e. it plays CDs, although I have not tried burning anything).

Any ideas on how to solve this? Or should I just ignore it, since everything seems to be working?

My system details:
ASUS P5Q PRO MB
E8400 processor
WD AAKS 320GB SATA 2 HD
HP 1070i SATA CD/DVD RW drive
Vista 64 bit

Thanks.
