Secondary Hard Drive asking to be formatted?

I just finished a new build...and I moved all the files I wanted over to my secondary drive before stripping down my old machine. Everything is working fine...but the secondary drive is now asking to be formatted whenever I try to access it. It was previously formatted in NTFS and when I got to disk management it shows that both drives are active...however, the secondary drive doesn't show any details about how it's partitioned.

Any quick fixes? The data is still recoverable I hope?
 
Is the 2nd disk dynamic? Right-click on the drive in Disk Management and see if you can import foreign disks...
