Secondary Fan is going crazy

ok, I just flashed the bios on my shuttle sn95g9 to fix the problem with the ethernet card. Now the secondary fan is super loud and is blowing out the back and knocking papers off the wall. I played with the fan settings and that didn't do anything. There's also no problem with heat (checked that too). Anyone have any ideas of what the problem is or what to do? Thanks.

Do you have 'COOL & QUIET" enabled in the BIOS?
(I believe the [default] is disabled after flashing)
