I've just gone through a bit of a mess in installing and uninstalling a few VIA drivers.. now I only have the VIA miniport driver and IDE performance drivers installed..
Somewhere through the whole process my second IDE controller got removed though, and I have no clue as to how to detect it again. I tried going through the add hardware wizard, rebooting, etc, but with no luck!
Any suggestions? I'm running Windows XP by the way.
