second hard drive is not showing

i just installed two hard drives. seagate 200GB and Raptor 74GB. Both are on sata. raptor is primary and seagate secondary. device manager shows that both drives are working properly. in "my computer" i only see c drive. the question is how do i add seagate drive? i want to use it as a storage and/or backup. thanks
