Do I need a second audio cable to burn from one drive to the other?

No. All data is transfered along the IDE/ATA bus. The audio cables are for playback only.

Just to clarify this. They're for analog CD audio playback, but since Windows 2000 and up this is now done digitally through the regular IDE data cable.
