Making a 7/off/12 baybus for a friend and wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. Ended up sticking a finger up against my hot iron. Got about an inch long blister on my left ring finger.

They sure do. I did that to the 4 fingers of my left hand last May and had to run around with a flipper hand for a week. Took about 2 weeks for the blisters to break and another couple of weeks before most of the sensitivity went away.
