Okay, the specs are...
Duron 750
Abit kt7-Raid
128
Tnt2 ultra video
Quantum 30 Gig HD
250 Watt PS (i think this is the problem!)

When i start it up nothing happens... No BIOS screen... nothing... the fans and everything powers up.

Any tips on what to do? I have cleared the CMOS, Moved the ram.

help!
 
Remove everything from the mobo except for the Video Card, Memory, HDD, CD-Rom and Floppy. Make sure the Video card is inserted all the way. This is very tricky and you need to make sure it's actually inserted all the way. Verify the CPU is properly plugged in and all connections tight. Now Hold on the Ins. key on the keyboard and power up the system. You may have to do this once or twice. Or better yet, clear the CMOS using the jumper provided.
