When I went to sign on to the internet this morning after leaving my computer on all night, it wouldn't sign on, so I restarted, and then i also got the error message Sec Master-ATAPI Incompatible, Press F1 to continue. The drive that it's having a conflict is my LITE ON 32x12x40 Cd/rw drive, which I've had hooked up and running properly on my computer for months; however, this morning 4/13/02, i got that problem, and after re boot i could sign on line, thankfully. But my drive still gets that error message, and it isn't recognized in the device manager either. It's weird since i've had the drive hooke up and working and just today i get that problem. I've ran the most up to date norton anti virus scanner and i've uninstalled all Windows XP updates that i downloaded yesterday, which was just one that automatically downloaded, which windows xp does that often. Please help if you can. Thanks.
