My wife and I just went on vacation for a week in the Seattle area, and it was a great time. Tons of pics for your viewing pleasure. I hope my cable modem isn't smoking when I get home from work. :D

Nice Pics :)
This is a cool hotel :D

How do you like your camera? I'm thinking about getting a Canon A40......the A20 is similar but with less options, and an older model, right?

The A20 is awesome. The A40 is just the next-generation model of the A20, so I would definitely recommend the A40.

Hello I am going to be in the seattle area for about two weeks coming up this August. Do you have any suggestions on what should do, or good places to eat?

Thanks

I want everyone to notice that it is sunny and nothing but blue sky in those pictures, at least the 10 or so I looked at, so ha.

Looks like you two had a good time. We have some great hiking places up here as well as senery. glad you had a good time..

Yes we got lucky with the weather, it was absolutely gorgeous that week. The only rain was the first Sunday we were there, and that day we went to North Cascades. As soon as we crossed east of the Cascades, it was beautiful, and when we came back over, it was crappy again. If only Seattle was like that all the time, I'd move there!

I didn't get to eat all the many places in Seattle proper since we did so much travelling, but I can tell you that the Metropolitan Grill has awesome steaks (about on par with Ruth Chris). However, they are quite expensive (again about on par with Ruth Chris). Oh and by the way, Hill House Bed and Breakfast is fantastic.

Targaryen, I would at least check out Mt. Rainier if you have the time. Of course Pike Place Market and the Space Needle are the real touristy things to do.
