You proclaim to the entire nation that you will pay everyone in your company a minimum wage of $70,000 US Dollars... You should be TOTALLY shocked and appalled if you all of a sudden receive a large rise in applicants!

Seriously, this isn't news - it's just more trying to boast. Congrats, you have a bunch of unqualified people applying for your company.

Are you implying that anyone who would be happy making $70k a year is inherently unqualified, or are you totally discounting the fact that the more people apply to a company, the more likely that company will find an employee that it thinks will fit the position?
