In case you forgot to check your newegg daily mail blast, newegg is having Seasonic SS-860XP2 platinum power supply for $90 after $30MIR and $10 coupon from the email. I think this is the lowest it's ever been. Technically very few people need that much power and SS-660XP2 is a better fit for most people, but once again, 660XP2 typically goes for $80 after rebate, so you wouldn't be saving much by waiting for a 660XP2 deal.

great psu but over powered (as you said). I have the 660 model that I purchased one black friday - forget the price but it was below $90. To be honest even the 660 is overpowered for most people with newer gpu using less power.
