Pros: high efficiency
Cons: multi rails with very low amperage limits. i have 260 gtx and 4Xraid0. my CPU passed prime95 overnight. however, whenever there is heavy hdd load and cpu load at the same time, the computer freezes or shutsdown. this is a clear indication of power failure
Other Thoughts: two rail PSU is reasonable, but i'm going to replace this one with a single rail "

Unless you're using a VERY high power pelt or have a dozen hard drives, it doesn't matter if the +12V rail is single or split.
